Guys Reading Poems has been chosen as a Centerpiece Selection at qFLIX Philadelphia and will screen Thursday, July 7th at 7:15 p.m. at the Prince Theater. Director Hunter Lee Hughes will attend the screening in person, along with actors Gopal Divan, Daniel Berilla and John Physioc and co-producer Sammy Kusler. The screening will be the film’s Mid-Atlantic regional premiere after its world premiere at the 21st annual Palm Beach International Film Festival and West Coast premiere at the 19th annual Dances With Films festival in Los Angeles. qFLIX Philadelphia marks the first LGBTQ festival for Guys Reading Poems and the first time the film has been chosen as a Centerpiece Selection.

Of this honor, Mr. Hughes says, “We’re so grateful for qFLIX Philadelphia and to Thom Cardwell and James Duggan for giving our film this huge opportunity. We look forward to returning to Philadelphia and sharing the film with all our friends there.”
