We are proud to announce that Guys Reading Poems is one of ten feature films in competition at the D.C. Independent Film Festival. The festival runs February 15th through February 20th, with details on the screening date and time to be released soon. A full list of the features in competition is available on the festival’s website.
“I’m incredibly proud that Guys Reading Poems has been accepted into such a terrific festival, and in our nation’s capital to boot. It’s a lifelong dream to return to Washington, D.C. and I’m thrilled to be able to go there with this unique film,” says the film’s director Hunter Lee Hughes.
Mr. Hughes will be in attendance at the screening, as well as executive producer Neelou Malekpour.
