Hunter Lee Hughes was born in Houston, Texas and began acting when he was cast in a low-budget horror film at age 12.

Film and television credits include Matt in Tweakers (directed by Jimmy Palmieri), ‘Frank Colby’ in the television pilot Project: X (directed by Starling Price), Harrison DeWinter in Dumbass Filmmakers!, and the lead role of ‘Evan’ in the film Narcissist (directed by Eric Casaccio).

Hunter has also appeared in a number of acclaimed stage productions, including ‘Bobby’ in the 25th anniversary production of Thomas Babe’s A Prayer for my Daughter (directed by Dorothy Lyman) Fate of the Monarchs, The Sermons of John Bradley, Little Armenia, In-Betweens, and, most recently, Bloodbound at Highways Performance Space.
